Step one:

Step two:

Estate agents will then provide us with an anticipated selling price in order for us to give you final exchange figures.
You may also be contacted by our part exchange manager to confirm any final details and timetables with you.

Step three:

An offer will then be confirmed in writing for your acceptance.
Our solicitors will then take care of both the sale and purchase on your behalf.
